From 5 pm to 7 pm, families can gather in their spookiest, most creative costumes and roam the historic Rockville Courthouse Square, visiting participating local businesses for some trick-or-treating fun.
Billie Creek will be dressed to impress with lights, wreaths, and special vendors.
