The Thirteenth Annual All-American Chili Cook-Off is back in Montezuma. This event is sponsored by the Montezuma Park Board, with all proceeds going toward local park improvements.

Living history reenactment, 1750-1840. See trading posts, black powder shoots, tomahawk/knife throwing, a skillet throw, and be sure to check out the hearth cooking at the 1822 Case Log Cabin.

Tour beautiful, historic Parke County! All tractors (old and new) and license drivers welcome. Travel through covered bridges and beautiful countryside. This tour takes drivers and passengers through our county’s historic covered bridges that are at the core of Parke County’s tourism, culture and identity.
Inflatable bounce houses and obstacle course from 11am-7pm, live music from 5-7pm, food vendors all day, and fireworks begin at dusk!
The fireworks funding primarily comes from donations collected at the main gate prior to the show and a generous contribution annually from the Raccoon Lake/Union Township Homeowners Association. We would highly encourage those that attend by boat, enjoy from the dam, or from private docks and seawalls to help join in on funding the next big show.
