The Thirteenth Annual All-American Chili Cook-Off is back in Montezuma, Indiana.
Join us on Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 5 to 7 PM at the Montezuma Community Center for a fun, community-filled evening celebrating great chili and friendly competition. This event is sponsored by the Montezuma Park Board, with all proceeds going toward local park improvements.
Chili teams are invited to bring their best chili for tasting. There is no entry fee to participate, and awards will be given throughout the evening.
Awards include:
• Judges Award, receiving the coveted Golden Ladle
• Best Decorated Table, receiving an American Flag
• People’s Choice Best Tasting Chili, receiving $75 and the Blue Apron
• People’s Choice Second Place, receiving $25 and the Red Apron
Guests can sample chili, vote for their favorites, and enjoy a silent auction during the event.
