Winter Wonderland

Indiana’s Grand Canyon Of The Midwest Looks Even More Spectacular In the Winter. Turkey Run State Park in beautiful Marshall, Indiana, has been called the “Grand Canyon of the Midwest” by folks who love to visit in the summer, but did you know that when winter comes around, this park becomes something of a magical, snowy wonderland. The pristine sandstone walls of the gorges represent more than 300 million years of hard work by Mother Nature. What are usually creeks and babbling brooks throughout the park become beautiful, frozen monuments to winter. Turkey Run State Park is just as beautiful in the winter as it is all year round - but something about the ice and snow give it a magical touch.

Bridgeton Christmas

Bridgeton is home to the oldest continuously operating mill in Indiana. The mill overlooks Indiana's most famous covered bridge and waterfall.

Bridgeton is beautiful to visit in winter months, and especially fun during the Bridgeton Country Christmas. Shops open and vendors in the Artisan's Barn at the Mill, 1878 Barn and Collom's Store. Santa in the 1822 Log Cabin and lots of amazing food available. No admission and plenty of FREE parking!

Tasty Treats

Tasty treats, drinks and more await you at The Ranch Rockville. Located in the heart of Parke County, THE RANCH is a swanky, quaint cafe featuring a full espresso bar, zesty fare (fun, fresh sandwiches, wraps, and paninis without the deep fried food or greasy cheeseburgers) + specialty cocktails. Designed with conversation in mind, this space is sure to welcome you and yours.
