The Parke County Covered Bridge Festival™. For all things fall, visit Indiana’s largest festival, The Covered Bridge Festival. This 10 day festival always starts on the 2nd Friday in October. The Parke County Covered Bridge Festival – showcases the county’s 31 historic covered bridges and features authentic arts and crafts, fantastic food, and beautiful fall foliage.

Fall favorites such as pumpkin ice-cream, ham and beans, noodles, pumpkin rolls, crullers, persimmon cookies and much more await you at the Parke County Covered Bridge Festival. Other festival classics such as turkey legs, baked potatoes and more will be available. With 10 full days, you will have plenty of food options to choose from!


Fall Foliage

Taking place in early October, the festival is the perfect time to see the beautiful fall foliage of the midwest. As the leaves change, visit our 31 Historic Covered Bridges.
